Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Villa Renovation Dubai ("we") collects through villarenovationdubai.ae, why we collect it and how long we keep it. It is written to align with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
What we collect
- Data you submit in the enquiry form: name, phone number or WhatsApp, community, villa size, scope of work and any message text.
- Technical data: the page you submitted from, the referring URL and any campaign parameters in the address, plus your IP address recorded by the web server.
Why we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry: to contact you about the project, prepare an estimate and arrange a site visit. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.
Who can see it
Our own staff handling your enquiry, and our hosting provider, which stores the data on our behalf. We do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from the last contact, then deleted. Contract and project records are kept longer where UAE law requires it.
Cookies
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics is added later, this policy will be updated before it goes live.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@villarenovationdubai.ae and we will reply within 30 days.
