The Lakes is a Emaar community built in 2003–2006. Typical homes are villas in Deema, Ghadeer, Maeen, Zulal, Hattan and Forat, 3 to 6 bedrooms, many backing onto lakes. Hattan villas in particular are large enough for structural reconfiguration, which we design together with a licensed structural consultant.
