Questions

Do older villas need a DEWA load increase?

Often — modern AC, kitchens and EV chargers exceed 2000s allocations. We prepare the application.

Can you replace AC without ripping out ceilings?

Partly; new ducts usually need ceiling access, which we plan zone by zone.

Which smart-home systems do you install?

Open, wired backbones first — so any control system can be added later without rewiring.
