Questions
Can we move the kitchen to another room?
Usually yes; drainage falls and extraction routes decide it. We confirm feasibility at the site visit.
Do you make the cabinets yourselves?
Yes — in our own joinery workshop in Dubai, to the millimetre of your room.
Do we need a permit for a kitchen?
If walls, drainage risers or the facade change — yes. A like-for-like replacement usually needs only the community NOC.
