Questions
Do we need to move out?
For a full renovation, yes — demolition dust, MEP shutdowns and community working-hour rules make living on site impractical. Partial scopes can be phased.
Can you work from our designer's drawings?
Yes. We act as main contractor for third-party designs and take single-point responsibility for the site.
What does the fixed price include?
Everything in the signed BOQ and drawings. Variations are quoted and approved in writing before work starts.
