Questions
Do we need a permit for a pool?
Yes — a municipality or Trakhees permit and the community NOC. Setbacks from boundary walls apply.
Can a pool be chilled for summer?
Yes; chillers are standard in our plant-room design for Dubai summers.
Do you maintain the pool afterwards?
We hand over with a maintenance schedule and can recommend a service partner.
